The project is part of the HFC phase-down effort in North Macedonia under the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol. REC is responsible for implementing the public awareness campaign, while the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning leads the project through the National Ozone Unit.

- A manual on energy efficiency of RAC systems
- A stakeholder database covering industry, retail, healthcare and the public sector
